Where is the Team 4 training center?
In Houston, Texas. Operators train hands-on on a production Auto Filler outside the cleanroom, and visitors can see the MODUCLEAN cleanroom, Auto Filler and vial labeler in person.
Why train outside the cleanroom?
Without gowning and cleanroom restrictions, operators spend more time on the machine with an instructor beside them, so training takes less time and they understand the equipment better before working it in production.
Do you validate cleanrooms you didn’t install?
Yes, in most cases. Send the room size, ISO class and current certification status for a quote.
Can you write our cleanroom SOPs?
Yes. We write SOPs for your room layout and processes and walk your staff through them.
