Airkey FastIns™

FastIns Modular Cleanrooms — Prefabricated, Factory-Tested, ISO Class 4–9

Airkey FastIns cleanrooms are designed to your layout, prefabricated and tested at the factory, then assembled on site — with FFUs, HVAC and an intelligent control system for cleanliness, temperature, humidity and differential pressure.

Three systems

Choose the wall system for your process

All three share Airkey’s modular frame, walkable ceiling grid, FFUs and control panels. They differ in wall construction, rigidity and cost.

Airkey AK-light modular cleanroom with clear walls
Clear hardwall

AK-light™

Lightweight and clear. Free-standing frame with no external support, walkable ceiling grid and FFUs to create ISO 4–8 space. Wall panels in static-dissipative acrylic or PVC, polycarbonate, polypropylene or tempered glass.

Suited to: pharmaceutical compounding, medical and healthcare, microelectronics, assembly and packaging, E-liquid filling.

Airkey AK-castle modular cleanroom with sandwich panel walls
Sandwich-panel hardwall

AK-castle™

Durable and stable. Smooth, flush, free-of-crevice wall panels in glass magnesium, rock wool or polyurethane, 50, 75 or 100 mm thick, with double-glazed windows and high thermal and sound insulation for tight HVAC control.

Suited to: pharmaceutical compounding (USP <797>/<800>), cell culture, vivariums, medical appliance and semiconductor production.

Airkey AK-wave softwall cleanroom
Softwall

AK-wave™

Simple and affordable. Blur-free anti-static PVC curtain walls on a free-standing frame, optional heavy-duty casters for repositioning, and FFUs on a walkable grid to create ISO 5–9 space. Static-dissipative tested before delivery.

Suited to: process isolation, laser and electronics assembly, medical device and micro-electronics work.

FAQ

Modular cleanroom questions

Which FastIns system suits a compounding pharmacy?

Most 503A and 503B buffer and ante rooms use AK-castle sandwich panels or AK-light hardwall, for cleanable flush surfaces and stable pressure. We recommend a system after reviewing your layout and process.

Do I need a new floor?

Not if your existing floor is smooth, flat and non-shedding. Otherwise we specify PVC, epoxy or raised floor.

Who installs and validates it?

The Team 4 installation team, with IQ/OQ support, smoke studies, particle testing and SOPs — see Services. Room certification remains the facility’s responsibility.
