Airkey FFUs deliver HEPA-filtered laminar air to cleanrooms, laboratories and clean equipment. Standard 2×2, 2×4, 3×4 and 4×4 ft sizes or custom, with CE-certified and UL-listed versions.

AC for budget, EC for running cost
FFU with AC motor
Low-resistance air passage, uniform outlet damper and backward-curved impeller. 3-step speed 0.3–0.45 m/s, standard H14 HEPA (99.99% @ 0.3 µm), optional super-slim body. Up to 20% more energy-efficient than conventional AC units.
FFU with EC / DC brushless motor
Same airflow design with a brushless EC motor: up to 30% more energy-efficient and up to 10% quieter, saving electricity every year across a ceiling of FFUs. Stepless speed control available.

Scan-tested
Aerosol generator and photometer scan of every HEPA/ULPA filter for leakage below 0.01%, with particle counters checking efficiency at multiple points.
Uniform airflow
Velocity measured at multiple points under the filter face to confirm average and unevenness; air volume validated with a TSI balometer.
Sound-tested
Motor and impeller matched for low noise, tested with a sound meter, with a test report.
< 2 mm/s
Vibration below 2 mm/s at 0.45 m/s, checked before delivery and reported.
